A decade is a testament to unwavering commitment.

On the occasion of Yawell's 10th anniversary, we chose to leave the city's hustle behind and set our team-building course for Heyuan – the "ancient Hakka homeland." This was not merely a relaxing getaway, but a ritual celebrating our team, our vitality, and a fresh start.

Thrills and Rapids

The first day of our journey kicked off with an exhilarating dose of "wildness." The roar of off-road buggies ignited everyone's fighting spirit, with clouds of dust swirling behind the wheels – a vivid embodiment of speed and passion. The canyon rafting that followed sent splashes flying, as screams of excitement and laughter intertwined, instantly washing away the fatigue of daily work. Amidst the rush of speed and water, we rediscovered the purest joy.

As night fell, we checked into our hotel and savored authentic Hakka cuisine. The evening's hot springs soothed our weary bodies, while the singing in the KTV room echoed the warmth and vitality that define the Yawellspirit.

Greenery and Balance

After sleeping in, we took a leisurely stroll through the "natural oxygen bar" near the hotel. Surrounded by lush greenery and revitalized by the negative oxygen ions, we recharged both body and mind in nature's tranquil embrace.

The real challenge came in the afternoon – stand-up paddleboarding on the water. Even though the weather didn't cooperate and a light rain began to fall, the drizzle only added a touch of romance and audacity to the challenge, rather than dampening our spirits. On the drifting paddleboards, a unique team game brought us all together as one. Challengers had to stand up on their boards, navigate around all the other boards in a full circle, and return to their starting point. It was a true test of team trust – requiring everyone to pull together and give the challengers the confidence and support they needed.

As evening approached, wisps of smoke rose from the camp. We gathered around to grill our own food over the fire. Amidst the warmth of the flames, we chatted freely about work and life, our hearts drawing closer with every shared moment.

Clear Skies and Emerald Waters

The sun shone bright. We took a boat tour of Wanlü Lake – the largest lake in South China. Its jade-green waters and scattered islands created a breathtaking scene. Bathed in sunlight, the lake shimmered like a thousand stars, as if nature itself was offering its finest spectacle as a birthday gift for Yawell's 10th anniversary.

After the lake tour, we set off on our journey home – fully recharged and filled with joy.

A decade marks a milestone, but more importantly, a new beginning. We will carry forward every moment of happiness, every act of collaboration, and every serene moment we experienced in Heyuan, transforming them into the strength to move ahead. With renewed energy, we will dive back into the work we love, and together, welcome the next brilliant decade of Yawell!
